The Deal Desk Manager role at the company is responsible for architecting AI-driven deal workflows, transitioning the sales process from manual steps to automated, scalable processes. You will lead high-value enterprise deals, balance margin with customer value, and drive faster deal velocity with AI-informed insights.

You will collaborate with Legal, Finance, Revenue Recognition, and Product to refine pricing models and governance, ensuring alignment with ASC 606 and long-term company goals.

Formación

• Minimum 8+ years of Deal Desk, FP&A, Revenue Operations, or similar experience with a proven track record supporting large-scale enterprise sales motions; 3+ years of direct deal desk experience (deal analysis, deal governance and customer negotiation) preferred
• Financial & Sales Acumen: SaaS metrics, pricing models, ARR, Gross Margin, churn, profitability; ASC 606 desirable; software sales experience a bonus
• Contract & Pricing Knowledge: drafting/interpreting commercial contracts; pricing and licensing decisions
• Data & AI Literacy: proficiency in agentic workflows and prompt engineering; audit automated pricing models
• Strategic Influence & Negotiation: navigate cross-functional negotiations; support Sales with counter-proposals for enterprise deals
• Communication: sole point of contact between Sales, Finance, Revenue Recognition, Legal, and Product; explain complex deal structures to stakeholders

Responsabilidades

• Lead the structuring and execution of non-standard, high-value enterprise deals
• Serve as strategic partner to Sales leadership; analyze pricing and deal terms; propose next steps
• Tune automated agents and AI tools to automate deal desk workflows and ensure compliance
• Partner with Legal, Finance, Product to automate deal desk processes and reduce friction through automation
