Job summary

Atlassian is seeking a Head of APAC Deal Desk to lead deal shaping, commercial modeling, and end-to-end quote-to-cash for Mid-Market, Enterprise, and Strategic customers across APAC. You will partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Product to design scalable practices that drive growth and lasting value for customers.

The role demands 8+ years in Deal Desk or related fields, strong leadership, and a track record in high-value enterprise deals.

Qualifications

8+ years in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, or Commercial Finance within a B2B SaaS or high-growth tech company.
5+ years of people leadership, building and scaling distributed teams.
Experience structuring complex, high-value enterprise deals (typically $1M+ ACV).
Strong command of quote-to-cash processes and related systems.
Ability to influence and partner with senior leaders across Sales, Finance, and Legal.
Sharp analytical instincts and data-driven decision making.
Excellent communication skills for executive and frontline audiences.

Responsibilities

Lead and inspire the APAC Deal Desk team to deliver deal shaping, commercial modeling, and support for Enterprise sales across the region.
Evolve a repeatable Deal Desk playbook to accelerate deal cycles and ensure a best-in-class customer experience.
Partner with Sales leadership, Finance, Legal, and stakeholders to design practices that drive stronger commercial outcomes.
Use data, reporting, and analytics to monitor team health and identify opportunities for impact.
Collaborate with process and system teams to adopt automation and improve efficiency and quality across APAC.
