Job summary

OpenAI seeks a senior Deal Operations contributor to drive revenue growth across APAC by structuring and closing commercially sound deals. You will be the day-to-day partner for APAC sales, guiding pricing, discounts, and terms, and coordinating approvals from quote through contract.

You will develop scalable workflows, guidance, and tools to speed deal turnaround, improve documentation, and ensure consistent controls across the region.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Deal Desk, commercial finance, pricing, sales operations, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary APAC Deal Operations contact, guiding pricing, reviews, and approvals.
• Review quotes, discounts, terms, and schedules for accuracy and policy alignment.
• Build financial analyses and deal models to assess revenue, margins and profitability.
• Collaborate with Sales to structure deals meeting customer needs and objectives.
• Coordinate across Finance, Legal, Pricing, and Revenue Ops for required approvals.
