Job summary

Cloudflare is seeking a Deal Desk Manager to architect AI-driven deal desks and transition our sales processes to automated workflows. You’ll lead high-value enterprise deals, balancing margin with customer value while leveraging AI insights to accelerate deal velocity.

You will partner with Legal, Finance, Revenue Recognition and Product to implement autonomous approval paths and scalable pricing models, driving long-term value and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in deal desk, FP&A, Revenue Ops or similar support for large-scale enterprise sales.
• Strong SaaS metrics knowledge, pricing models and ARR/gross margin concepts.
• Experience drafting/commercial contracts and evaluating pricing/licensing scenarios.
• Data and AI literacy to scale workflows and automate pricing decisions.
• Proven strategic negotiation skills and cross-functional influence.
• Excellent written and oral communication for executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the structuring and execution of non-standard, high-value enterprise deals.
• Act as Sales Co-pilot, using data-driven insights to maximize velocity and LTV.
• Tune AI agents and automate deal desk workflows to reduce cycle times.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Product to automate approvals and governance.
