Job summary

Cloudflare is seeking a Deal Desk Manager to architect an AI-driven deal desk, moving from manual processes to an intelligent automated engine spanning scoping to execution. You will guide high-judgment, enterprise deals, balancing margin with customer needs while leveraging AI insights to accelerate deals.

Role involves cross-functional collaboration with Legal, Finance, Revenue Recognition, and Product. Strong background in SaaS metrics, ASC 606, and pricing is essential for optimizing terms

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of Deal Desk, FP&A, Revenue Operations, or similar experience with a proven track record supporting large-scale enterprise sales motions.
• 3+ years of direct deal desk experience (deal analysis, deal governance and customer negotiation) preferred.
• Solid understanding of SaaS metrics, pricing models, and financial concepts like ARR, Gross Margin, churn, and profitability.
• Experience drafting and interpreting commercial contracts, with focus on terms that impact revenue recognition and financial risk.
• Proficiency in leveraging agentic workflows and prompt engineering to scale influence and automate tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead structuring and execution of non-standard, high-value enterprise deals with high-judgment guidance.
• Serve as a strategic partner to Sales leadership, using data-driven insights to maximize deal velocity and LTV.
• Tune automated agents and models to ensure compliance and accuracy at scale in deal desk workflows.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Product to build autonomous approval workflows and reduce friction through automation.
