Atlassian is seeking a Head of APAC Deal Desk to lead a high-performing team and own end-to-end quote-to-cash for Mid-Market, Enterprise, and Strategic customers across APAC. You’ll collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Product to structure smart deals that fuel growth and value for customers.

You’ll guide deal shaping, modeling, and operational support, scale a repeatable playbook, and drive measurable business impact with data and automation.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, or Commercial Finance in B2B SaaS or high-growth tech.
• 5+ years of people leadership with distributed teams.
• Experience structuring complex, high-value enterprise deals ($1M+ ACV).
• Strong command of quote-to-cash processes and related systems.
• Ability to influence senior leaders across functions in ambiguous situations.
• Sharp analytical instincts; data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication for executive and frontline audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the APAC Deal Desk team to deliver deal shaping, modeling, and operational support for Enterprise sales.
• Evolve a repeatable Deal Desk playbook to accelerate deal cycles and improve customer experience.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Product to design compliant, competitive terms.
• Use data, reporting, and analytics to monitor team health and impact.
• Collaborate to implement automation and process improvements across APAC.
