Job summary

Cloudflare in Singapore is seeking a Deal Desk Manager to architect an AI-driven deal desk, transitioning sales processes from manual to automated workflows across the deal lifecycle, from scoping to final execution.

You will partner with Sales, Legal, Finance and Product to shape pricing, terms, and automation, driving faster deal closure while protecting margins and long-term value for enterprise customers.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Deal Desk, FP&A, Revenue Ops or similar with 3+ years direct deal desk experience preferred.
• Solid SaaS metrics understanding, pricing models, ARR, gross margin and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Lead the structuring and execution of non-standard, high-value enterprise deals with high-judgment guidance.
• Partner with Sales leadership to maximize deal velocity and optimize margin.
• Tune AI agents and workflows to automate deal desk processes and ensure accuracy at scale.
• Drive cross-functional negotiations (Legal, Finance, Revenue Recognition, Compliance, Product) to reach win-win terms.
