Stripe is seeking a senior strategy and global operations leader in Singapore to partner with senior teams across Product, Engineering and GTM. You will shape cross-functional initiatives and drive growth in APAC while aligning resources with long-term strategic goals.

This role requires 7+ years in strategy/ops, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to translate complex products into clear business value. You will tackle high-impact programs and operate in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in strategy, ops, or analytics at tech firms or consulting.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems and present actionable recommendations.
• Ability to understand complex products and explain value to non-technical audiences.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects with senior stakeholders.
• Proactive, can-do attitude with comfort in ambiguity and competing priorities.

Responsabilités

• Work on cross-cutting company strategy projects and implement changes.
• Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to accelerate progress and incubate programs.
• Drive analysis and research to inform strategy and growth decisions for global products, including local payment methods.
• Shape the product roadmap for Stripe's APAC business through competitive intelligence and data insights.
• Advise Product, Engineering, GTM & cross-functional leadership on resource deployment for long-term value.
• Collaborate with Finance to drive planning, including investments, OKRs, and operational plans.
