Job summary

Visa is expanding its AP VAS Issuing Solutions portfolio across Asia Pacific. The Senior Manager will shape regional growth strategy, evaluate market opportunities, and drive adoption of issuer processing, core banking, lending, and digital account capabilities in collaboration with clients, partners, and internal teams.

You will influence product enhancements based on market needs, manage launches, and lead cross-functional efforts to accelerate commercialization in priority markets.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree, or 8+ years with an Advanced Degree.
• Experience in payments, preferably in product management or strategy at Issuer or Core banking providers.
• Strong leadership in delivering solutions and creating revenue opportunities.
• Excellent business acumen, analytical skills, and ability to navigate a matrix organization.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple teams and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Define expansion strategies and go-to-market plans for APAC markets.
• Evaluate new business opportunities for issuer processing, core banking, lending, and digital accounts.
• Support market entry and launch readiness, including localization and regulatory alignment.
• Develop commercial business cases, growth plans, and multi-year roadmaps.
• Identify partnerships with SI, technology providers, and ecosystem partners.
• Drive product enhancements based on client needs and market insights.
• Enable regional teams through training and sales readiness programs.
