Job summary

Visa in Singapore, part of the Asia Pacific Fleet & Mobility team, seeks a Senior Manager to lead end-to-end solution architecture and delivery for fleet payment initiatives across the region. You will translate client needs into scalable architectures, manage programs, and drive partner engagements from concept to launch.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of solution architecture experience turning business goals into end-to-end designs for enterprise clients.
• Ability to translate client needs into clear requirements, scope and success measures.
• Experience managing multi-party integration projects with governance and stakeholder updates.
• Strong knowledge of APIs, integration patterns, SDKs, real-time payments.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-sales discussions with Visa distribution partners and shape the sales process.
• Lead end-to-end solution design and delivery for client projects with milestones and governance.
• Coordinate approvals across Risk, Legal, Privacy and Government Engagement.
• Work with technology partners to design and test new use cases and define integration requirements.
• Develop integrated solutions using Visa products and partner capabilities.
• Advise on fleet payment options aligned with local payment systems.
• Maintain knowledge of Visa capabilities and market trends to design scalable solutions.
• Shape market growth strategies and product priorities based on client needs.
• Gather input from clients/partners and produce detailed Business Requirements Documents.
