Visa seeks a Senior Manager for VCS Asia Pacific to own business management and execution. You will partner with AP VCS leadership, CMS BPO and in-market teams to drive performance visibility, cadence and cross-functional coordination across markets.

You will lead governance routines, prepare leadership materials, and track progress against plans, while enabling revenue realization for priority deals. A minimum of 10 years in related roles is required.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in business management, commercial operations, planning or strategy-adjacent roles.
• Strong ability to translate data into clear insights for senior leadership.
• Experience running cadence, performance management and leadership reporting.
• Proven partner to senior business, sales and functional leaders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to manage multiple workstreams.

Aufgaben

• Own end-to-end governance routines and leadership touchpoints; ensure agendas, materials, decisions and actions are tracked and executed.
• Drive performance visibility, operating cadence and cross-functional coordination for VCS in APAC.
• Lead planning cycles (AOP, multi-year) and resource alignment, including workforce planning.
• Support revenue realization for priority VCS deals by tracking execution and overcoming blockers.
