Job summary

Visa’s Asia Pacific Corporate Strategy team in Singapore shapes long-term regional priorities, collaborating with executives across the organization. The Senior Director will lead end-to-end strategy efforts, develop country and multi-year plans, monitor market trends, and present recommendations to the AP Regional President and leadership team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Economics, Business or similar fields
• 15+ years of experience in leading strategy projects at top-tier management consulting or corporate strategy
• Pro-active and effective communicator with ability to present to all levels
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage projects
• Strong interpersonal and execution skills
• Strong analytical and strategic acumen
• Excellent presentation and verbal/written communication
• Able to work across time zones
• Thinker with potential to be a thought leader
• Ability to influence organisation to implement strategy
