Job summary

Siemens Energy, Inc. seeks a Resource Management – Team Lead in the Field Service Organization for Asia Pacific to guide workforce and resource planning across the AP Field Service network.

You will maximize utilization, reduce escalations, optimize allocation, and sharpen forecasting accuracy to support regional workforce planning for central and distributed Gas Service functions. You will drive analytics, cross-border deployment, and leadership in a matrix organization, promoting transparency

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in workforce planning, resource management, operations, or field service leadership.
• Good understanding of workforce analytics and forecasting.
• Experience with scheduling, capacity planning, and utilization management.
• Power BI, SAP, Salesforce, Snowflake, or planning systems experience desirable.
• Leadership experience within a matrix organization.
• An interest in promoting transparency, fairness, and a data-driven planning culture.

Responsibilities

• Develop workforce strategies aligned with outage demand forecasts, and maintain regional capacity planning and availability models.
• Manage allocation of Field Service resources across AP, optimizing utilization and cross-border deployment while reducing reliance on external resources.
• Ensure visibility of certifications, competencies, and critical skills, and partner with functional leaders to address competency gaps.
• Support hiring, succession planning, and long-term capability development pathways.
• Monitor resource utilization and productivity performance, developing workforce dashboards and data-driven recommendations for leadership.
• Lead digital workforce planning initiatives, supporting adoption of resource planning tools, automation, and AI-driven forecasting.
