Job summary

Siemens AG is seeking a Head of APAC GTM Operations for MendixRapidMiner (MXRM) to accelerate revenue growth across Asia-Pacific. The role focuses on MOR cadence, forecasting, pipeline visibility, and Finance-ready outputs, with responsibility for multi-currency reporting and performance metrics.

You will lead a small team, partner with Finance and Global GTM Ops, and ensure APAC insights feed into global planning.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, or GTM Ops in SaaS/enterprise software.

Responsibilities

• Own the APAC MOR and ensure weekly pipeline reviews and forecasts.
• Lead end-to-end APAC forecasting with the Zone Sales Leader and managers.
• Develop APAC dashboards and reporting with a Specialized Sales lens.
• Translate APAC GTM performance into Finance-ready outputs (P&L, ARR, NRR).
• Maintain multi-currency visibility across APAC markets.
• Ensure SFDC data quality and CPQ accuracy across the APAC sales team.
• Manage 1–2 GTM Ops Analysts/Coordinators and mentor staff.
