Siemens is seeking a Head of APAC GTM Operations for MendixRapidMiner (MXRM) to act as the operational backbone of the APAC Specialized Sales organization. You will own the MOR, forecasting, and revenue reporting across ANZ, Japan, SEA, India, Korea, and Greater China, with Singapore preferred.

You will lead 1–2 GTM Ops analysts, drive data-informed decisions, ensure Salesforce and CPQ data integrity, and translate GTM performance into Finance-ready P&L narratives for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in Revenue/Sales/GOps in SaaS or enterprise software.
• Minimum 3 years in regional or zone operations (APAC).
• Proven forecasting cadences and pipeline reporting for large ARR.
• Experience translating pipeline data into P&L narratives for leadership.
• Proficient in Salesforce (SFDC) and data hygiene at scale.
• Advanced financial modelling and variance reporting in Excel/Sheets.
• Exposure to CPQ or quoting tools in a SaaS context.

Responsabilités

• Own and drive the APAC MOR: weekly pipeline reviews, forecasts, and syncs.
• Lead end-to-end APAC forecasting with Zone Sales Leader and Managers.
• Leverage APAC dashboards to track ARR, NRR, GRR, and pipeline by motion.
• Translate GTM performance into Finance-ready outputs and multi-currency reports.
• Ensure SFDC data quality and CPQ accuracy across the APAC team.
• Manage 1–2 GTM Ops Analysts, coaching for high-quality insights.
• Collaborate with Finance, Growth/Marketing, and Global GTM Ops for alignment.
