Job summary

Siemens Software is seeking a Head of APAC GTM Operations for MendixRapidMiner (MXRM) to join the Asia-Pacific leadership. This role drives MOR cadence, forecasting, and pipeline visibility across ANZ, Japan, SEA, India, Korea, and Greater China with Singapore as a preferred hub.

The candidate will own regional forecasting, SB/CB alignment, and finance-ready P&L narratives while ensuring data integrity in SFDC and CPQ.

Qualifications

7–10 years in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, or GTM Ops in SaaS/enterprise software.
Minimum 3 years in regional or zone-level ops covering APAC.

Responsibilities

Own and drive APAC MOR: pipeline reviews, forecasts, and calendar discipline across sub-regions.
Lead weekly forecast calls with APAC Zone Sales Leader and Sales Managers.
Maintain rolling forecast visibility for leader to call the number confidently.
Provide APAC-specific dashboards focusing on ARR, NRR, GRR, and motion-based coverage.
Translate GTM performance into Finance-ready outputs and manage multi-currency complexity (JPY, AUD, SGD, INR, KRW, CNY).
Ensure SFDC data quality, CPQ accuracy, and collaborate with Global GTM Ops on tooling improvements.
