Siemens Digital Industries Software is seeking a Head of APAC GTM Operations for MendixRapidMiner to lead forecasting rhythms, pipeline visibility, and Finance-ready P&L narratives across APAC. This is a hands-on leadership role balancing global standards with regional realities.

You will own the APAC MOR, manage forecasts with Zone Leaders, and collaborate with Finance, Sales, and Global GTM Ops. Preference for Singapore-based candidates; multi-currency and cross-timezone experience required.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in Revenue/Sales Operations or GTM Ops in SaaS/enterprise software.
• Minimum 3 years in regional or APAC ops covering multi-country.
• Proven forecasting cadences and pipeline reporting for large ARR.
• Ability to translate pipeline data into P&L narratives for senior leaders.
• Proficient in Salesforce and data hygiene at scale.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets for modelling and variance reporting.
• Familiarity with CPQ or quoting tools in SaaS.
• Excellent communicator across timezones and diverse teams.
• MBA is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Own and drive the APAC MOR and forecast cadence.
• Lead weekly forecast calls with the APAC Zone Sales Leader and Sales Managers.
• Maintain rolling forecast visibility for confident numbers.
• Leverage APAC dashboards with metrics including ARR, NRR, GRR, and pipeline by motion.
• Translate GTM performance into Finance-ready outputs and P&L narratives.
• Ensure SFDC data quality and CPQ accuracy; partner on tooling improvements.
• Manage 1–2 GTM Ops Analysts; mentor junior analysts.
• Collaborate with Finance, Growth/Marketing, and Global GTM Ops.
• Refine APAC GTM processes and playbooks for global replication.
• Coordinate across sub-regions and currencies.
