Analyst, Global Trustee and Fiduciary Services

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Analysist, Global Trustee and Fiduciary Services.

In this role you will
  • Act as a trustee and ensure that we operate in accordance with local regulatory requirements and GTFS Benchmarks, where required, and raise deviations to line manager.
  • Align with department plans to centralise operating model and streamline initiatives including but not limited to regularly question the current process to enhance efficiency and recommend new ways to gadget efficiency.
  • Work with other GTFS and Securities Services functions and raise issues where required.
  • Engage regularly with clients on fiduciary matters, demonstrating a client‑centric approach and delivering exceptional service.
  • Maintain continuous engagement with the team and obtain feedback, work on ways to spread a positive can attitude among colleagues.
  • Participate in team activities, group learning, cross‑team knowledge sharing to drive collective success.
  • Participate in internal events, join projects or interest groups, supporting a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Ensure that duties as Trustee are performed in accordance with applicable internal operational procedures.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with the Off Shore teams, communicating with them in a professional, clear and concise manner and meeting all deadlines.
  • Provide accurate management information statistics in a timely fashion as agreed on a case‑by‑case basis.
  • Review and negotiate transactional/fund documents with a view to ensure compliance with regulations and to fulfil our trustee’s obligations.
  • Ensure full compliance with internal risk policies, regulatory requirements and governance standards across REITs and investment funds, including effective monitoring of investment restrictions and proactive identification, assessment, and mitigation of operational, financial and compliance risks.
To be successful you will need
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Extensive working experience in the securities industry, to include:
    • Knowledge of clients and products across range of securities services.
    • Management position with exposure to business partners across multiple geographical locations.
    • Management position with exposure to remuneration, performance management, team building and staff development.
    • Fund Administration/Custody, with experience in Pricing, Reconciliations and GAV/NAV preferred.
  • Demonstrated client‑centric mindset, with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
  • Strong risk management capabilities, with the ability to identify, assess, and address risks effectively.
  • Excellent critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyse complex situations and make sound decisions.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate across teams.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of Power BI.
