Job description

As a Analyst of the Company, your role is to render assistance to the Corporate Development Department of the Company’s business.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in building, maintaining and running financial models to analyse acquisitions, disposals and the financial performance of the Company’s real estate portfolio.
  • Provide analytical support in cash flow modelling, valuation analysis, scenario testing and performance tracking of existing assets.
  • Assist in conducting due diligence, including financial, market and operational analysis, for potential M&A and property acquisition opportunities.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and supporting materials for investment papers, senior management updates, and investor relations activities.
  • Support business development initiatives by assisting with market research and coordinating with marketing teams and business leaders to monitor real estate trends.
  • Compile, maintain and analyse statistics, benchmarks and datasets relating to the local and regional real estate markets.
  • Draft, edit and organise Board papers, management papers and other corporate documents.
  • Provide coordination and administrative support for asset management and transaction processes, including working with external consultants, brokers and counterparties.
  • Handle other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree holder from the Finance, Business Management or Real Estate faculty.
  • Ability to analyse and interpret financial reports, budgets, contracts and similar documents necessary to management.
  • Demonstrate sound verbal and written communication skills, and be comfortable in public speaking situations.
  • Strong human relations skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced work environment.
