Working Hours : 3 Shifts / Any 5 days

Requirement : Diploma in Nursing / Able to commit 3 shifts

• Plans, provides and evaluates nursing care according to patient's needs, doctor's orders and hospital policies.
• Upholds hospital nursing standards in documentation, treatment, patient monitoring and infection control.
• Keeps Senior Nurse Manager / Nurse Manager / Doctor informed on patient’s condition, treatment/ intervention and outcome.
• Takes active measures to ensure the safety of patients. Report all occurrence incidents to Ward or Senior Nurse Manager / Nurse Manager-on-Call.
• Works cooperatively with other Hospital Departments to provide holistic patient care.
• Be familiar with hospital requirements regarding billing procedures.
