Job summary

Lotte Duty Free Singapore is seeking a Retail Supervisor at Changi Airport to lead a team of Retail Associates, develop operations plans, and ensure flawless execution with a focus on customer service. You will manage rosters in Info-Tech HRMS, coach staff on the GLOB+ system, and oversee inventory SOPs.

The role requires strong leadership and a proactive approach to team development. You will work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays, to support store operations and maintain

Responsibilities

• Develop operations plans for the team and ensure execution.
• Lead, manage and motivate a team of Retail Associates.
• Prepare and update duty roster to ensure accuracy in the Info-Tech HRMS Time Management System.
• Coach and train Retail Associates on GLOB+ system usage.
• Conduct daily briefings to team members before the start of shift duty.
• Provide constructive feedback to help team develop selling-related skills.
• Lead by example in customer service, product knowledge, selling skills and cashiering.
• Manage and improve SOPs and inventory procedures at store level.
• Multitask while keeping customers happy and satisfied.
• Deliver excellent customer service and meet business objectives.
