268 UPS SCS SINGAPORE PTE LTD is seeking an Airfreight Operations Specialist to support planning and coordination of daily shipment movements with Sales and Marketing teams. You will negotiate charges, ensure accurate airline billing, and provide expert advice on airfreight operations, including customs considerations.

A 5.5-day work week and strong communication skills are required. Responsibilities include collaborating with airlines, terminals and internal stakeholders, driving process

Formación

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or Business Admin.
• Min 3–5 years’ airfreight or related work experience.
• Knowledge of IATA rules; DG certification is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Support development and enhancement of airfreight products with cross-functional teams.
• Plan and coordinate daily shipment movements per ops needs and customer requirements.
• Negotiate airline/vendor charges and follow margin guidelines for sell rates.
• Verify airline billing accuracy and resolve discrepancies timely.
• Act as SME in airfreight ops, contributing to tenders incl. customs/trade compliance.
• Implement corrective actions per management and audit findings.
• Review and improve processes to meet evolving customer needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
