Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Logistics & Supply Chain/Business Administration.
• 3–5 years of airfreight or related field experience.
• Knowledge of IATA regulations; DG certification advantageous.
• Familiarity with customs and trade regulations.
• Experience coordinating with airlines, terminals and stakeholders.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the supervisor in developing airfreight products with Sales & Marketing.
• Plan and coordinate daily shipment movements per requirements.
• Negotiate with airlines or vendors for charges and margin guidance.
• Verify accuracy of airline billing and resolve discrepancies.
• Act as subject matter expert in airfreight operations for tenders including customs/trade compliance.
• Implement corrective actions from audits and gaps.
• Review and improve processes to meet evolving customer needs.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.
