Job summary

DSV Air & Sea Pte. Ltd. Singapore is seeking a dedicated professional to support end-to-end air freight import/export for key accounts. You will coordinate shipments, plan cargo space, monitor flight uplift, and ensure SOP compliance while aligning with customer requirements.

The role requires strong coordination, multitasking and communication skills, with at least 1 year in air freight operations. Alternate Saturday work is required, based at 20 Alps Avenue, Singapore.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE 'N' or 'O' level / Diploma holder.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in air freight operations.
• Prior freight forwarding or logistics experience.
• Experience handling operations and billing functions.
• Education can be compensated with relevant working experience.
• Computer knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Ensure import and export operations run smoothly and are compliant with SOPs.
• Manage and coordinate the entire shipment process for customers.
• Plan and schedule cargo space, monitor flight uplift status, and pre-alert stakeholders on potential delays.
• Liaise with destination offices regarding shipment delays and discrepancies.
• Coordinate closely with customers and internal departments to ensure accurate shipment execution.
• Proactively prevent service failures and manage recovery actions when issues arise.
• Monitor daily operational activities to ensure compliance with customer requirements.
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly reports and KPI reports for customers.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Expedite responses by coordinating between customer service and operations teams.
• Any other job-related tasks as assigned by the superior.
• Adherence to the Code of Conduct policy of the DSV Group.

JOB OVERVIEW

The position is responsible for supporting end-to-end air freight import and export operations for key accounts. This role ensures shipments are executed efficiently, in compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs), and aligned with customer requirements. The position requires close coordination with internal departments, overseas offices, and customers to deliver high service standards and operational excellence.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
