Recruit Now Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an Airfreight Operations Executive to manage daily export and import activities, coordinating with airlines and freight forwarders to ensure compliant, timely shipments. • Minimum 1 year experience in freight forwarding/logistics.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day airfreight export and import operations.
• Coordinate effectively with airlines, freight forwarders, transporters, and customs authorities.
• Prepare and review shipping documents, including Air Waybills (AWB), export/import permits, and declarations.
• Track and monitor cargo movements to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
• Maintain clear and proactive communication with customers and vendors regarding shipment status.
• Ensure full compliance with Dangerous Goods handling and airfreight regulatory requirements.
• Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the shipping process.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our air export operations and processes.
• Work closely with the Customer Service team to secure and manage shipment bookings.
• Organize and schedule timely pickup of cargo from customers, ensuring smooth and efficient handling.
