Wecruit Pte Ltd is seeking a dedicated airfreight export operations specialist in Singapore to manage end-to-end shipments from bookings to closure. You will serve as the primary contact for customers, provide timely updates, and resolve operational issues while coordinating with airlines, handling agents, and customs to ensure compliant and efficient execution.

The role requires coordinating with internal teams, monitoring SLAs/KPIs, and guiding junior staff on export procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end airfreight export operations including bookings, docs, cargo coordination, customs clearance, billing and closure.
• Serve as primary contact for customers, provide updates, respond to enquiries and resolve issues.
• Coordinate with airlines, handling agents, trucking, customs and internal teams for smooth execution.
• Monitor progress, ensure SLA/KPI adherence and comply with procedures.
• Own complex/high-value shipments and address delays and clearance queries.
• Identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements for efficiency and accuracy.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and required regulatory documentation.
• Guide junior staff on export procedures and work practices.
• Escalate unresolved complaints to management with timely follow-up.

• Manage end-to-end airfreight export operations, including shipment bookings, export documentation, cargo coordination, export customs clearance arrangements, billing, and shipment closure.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding export shipments, providing timely updates, responding to enquiries, and resolving operational issues.
• Coordinate with airlines, ground handling agents, trucking providers, customs authorities, and internal departments to ensure smooth shipment execution and compliance with applicable requirements.
• Monitor shipment progress and ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs), key performance indicators (KPIs), and established operational procedures.
• Take ownership of complex or high-value shipments, proactively addressing delays, documentation discrepancies, and export clearance queries.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency, documentation accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate shipment records, operational reports, and supporting documentation for internal reviews, customer requirements, and regulatory purposes.
• Provide operational guidance to junior customer service staff on airfreight export procedures, shipment documentation, and established work practices.
• Escalate unresolved customer complaints and operational issues to management, ensuring timely follow-up and appropriate resolution.
