Job summary

Charterhouse in Singapore is looking for a leader to head daily airfreight import operations, ensuring timely cargo clearance and seamless coordination with airlines, warehouses and internal teams.

You will supervise a team, drive accuracy in shipment documentation, and uphold compliance with SOPs and customs requirements while tracking milestones in our TMS systems.

Experience: at least 5 years in logistics or freight forwarding and a degree in logistics management.

Qualifications

• 5 years relevant work experience in Logistics / Freight Forwarding.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the team to execute daily airfreight import operations efficiently.
• Verify shipping documents for break-bulk shipments.
• Ensure shipping details on invoices and HAWB are accurate before cargo clearance.
• Coordinate cargo tracking with airlines, GHA, overseas offices, and internal departments.
• Maintain timely shipment milestones in operational systems.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and customs requirements.
• Support continuous operational improvement.
