Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant airside cargo operations experience.
• Knowledge of cargo safety, regulatory requirements, and SOPs.
• Ability to learn and use logistics software and IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle air import operations including clearance, warehouse and transport tasks.
• Coordinate with ground handlers and service providers for cargo terminal clearance.
• Liaise with Singapore Customs and regulatory bodies as needed.
• Monitor shipments from arrival to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain cost records and invoices for service providers.
• Work weekends and nights as required.
• Report incidents and apply corrective actions per 8D methodology.
