Job summary

Charterhouse Partnership in Singapore seeks a capable logistics professional to lead and manage the import airfreight team, ensuring efficient daily operations, accurate cargo clearance, and clear shipment visibility to meet service requirements and KPIs.

You will coordinate with airlines, GHA, overseas offices and internal departments, verify documents, open job files, monitor milestones, and ensure compliance with SOPs and customs.

Qualifications

• 5 years relevant work experience in Logistics / Freight Forwarding
• Degree in Logistics Management

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute import shipments process efficiently and effectively.
• Verify shipping documents for break-bulk shipments.
• Coordinate cargo tracking and tracing with airlines, Ground Handling Agents (GHA), overseas offices, and internal departments.
• Monitor shipment milestones and ensure timely updates in operational systems.
• Ensure compliance with company SOP, customs requirements, and operational procedures.
• Coordination & Communication: liaise with internal departments, overseas stations, vendors, and service providers on shipment handling matters.
