The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Airfreight Customer Service Executive in Changi, Singapore.

The role handles daily cargo bookings across airline products and coordinates capacity with airlines, while advising customers on product requirements. You will interface with warehouse, carriers and customs, track shipments, maintain data accuracy, and work with Billing to support invoicing. Minimum 1 year in airfreight customer service is required, with proficiency in MS Office, Excel,

Competenze

• Minimum 1 year of experience in airfreight customer service or related field.
• Familiar with Cargo Community Network (CCN) system.
• Proficient in MS Office and Excel.

Mansioni

• Assist customers with daily cargo bookings across airline products.
• Book capacity with airlines and confirm with customers.
• Advise customers on product requirements and related processes.
• Enter and update booking data in the system accurately.
• Interface with warehouse, carriers, customs and other parties on shipment requirements.
• Track shipments and inform customers of status.
• Maintain good relationships with customers and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Collaborate with Billing Team to provide accurate data for invoicing.
