Job summary

AlwaysHired Pte Ltd is seeking a Freight Forwarding Operations Coordinator in Singapore. You will coordinate daily operations between clients and internal departments and handle airline bookings.

You will prepare export documents, print HAWB/MAWB, manage customer inquiries and quotations, and oversee billing and invoicing to customers and agents. This fast-paced role requires attention to detail and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in freight forwarding/export operations is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.
• Familiarity with export documentation, airline booking procedures, and billing processes.
