Job summary

FLINTEX CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking candidates for a customer service position in Singapore. The role involves attending to customer inquiries, preparing Air Export booking requests, and managing customer expectations and complaints. Candidates should be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, with a strong ability to communicate effectively in English.

The working hours are a 5-day week from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM. Both experienced and inexperienced candidates are encouraged to apply.

• Prior experience in the industry is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customers’ inquiry.
• Prepare and process Air Export booking requests.
• Arrange collection of cargo at customers’ premises.
• Provide booking confirmations and flight details.
• Manage customers’ expectations and complaints.
• Correspond with overseas offices on shipment inquiries.
• Verify invoices from vendors.
• Prepare customer reports.

Requirement

• Proficient in using Microsoft Word and Excel
• Able to manage assigned responsibilities independently and deliver work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, to perform job-related duties.
• Able to work efficiently, meet deadlines, and take ownership of assigned tasks.
• Prior work experience in this industry is not required, but will be at advantage
• Candidates with direct working experience may be considered for senior positions, while candidates without prior experience are also encouraged to apply.

Working hours

5 days work week ( Mon to Fri or Tue to Sat )

8.30pm to 6pm
