Responsibilities

• Manage air export bookings and shipment coordination with customers, airlines, truckers, and warehouses.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, IATA regulations, customs, and company policies.
• Prepare, review, and submit export documentation and permits accurately and on time.
• Monitor shipment milestones, flight schedules, and cut-off times for timely movement.
• Provide proactive shipment updates and respond promptly to customer enquiries.
• Resolve operational issues such as delays, rollovers, and documentation discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate shipment records, reporting, and system updates.
• Support invoicing and cost control processes.
