Job summary

FLINTEX CONSULTING PTE. LTD. in Singapore is hiring a Logistics Support Officer to coordinate operations with Customer Service and Warehouse, process shipping docs and AWBs, and enter cargo data accurately.

The role involves checking DG and Temperature Control cargo compliance, sending pre-alerts to destinations, and monitoring cut-off times to lodge urgent shipments. Night shift from Mon to Fri 6pm-3.30am; relevant software aptitude and attention to detail required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of working experience preferred.
• Experience in this industry advantageous but not required.
• Attention to detail and self-motivation.
• Willingness to work night shift is implied.
• Proficient with computers and basic software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Customer Service and Warehouse on operation matters.

• Ensure accurate input of dimension, weight, rates, and other data into system.
