Job summary

Cobo is seeking a Founder-level Creator Partnerships Lead to architect and execute a global creator growth engine from zero. You will own strategy, discovery, early-access programs, and ambassador networks, collaborating with Product, Marketing and Leadership to scale with AI-powered workflows.

Bring 5+ years in creator or growth marketing, a strong creator network, and a proven track record of building programs that drive sign-ups and product adoption across international markets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in creator, influencer, partnerships, or growth marketing.
• Proven track record building creator programs from zero with measurable results.
• Strong existing network of creators/agencies across international markets in AI/tech/productivity/business.
• Solid understanding of major creator ecosystems (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, X, LinkedIn).
• Data-driven with experience in attribution, affiliate/referral programs, UTM tracking, or performance measurement.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Active use of LLMs, AI agents, and automation in your workflow.

Responsibilities

• Build the Creator Strategy across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, X, LinkedIn and emerging platforms.
• Identify, recruit, and manage high-potential creators and agencies globally.
• Create early-access creator and design-partner programs ahead of launch.
• Co-create authentic product demos, tutorials, reviews, workflows, and use cases.
• Develop ambassador, affiliate, and referral programs for long-term advocacy.
• Manage creator budgets and track sign-ups, activation, retention, referrals, and ROI.
• Leverage AI-native operations to scale creator research, outreach, and campaigns.
• Collaborate with Product to feed creator feedback into development and future campaigns.
