Job summary

Pinterest is seeking a Senior Growth/Creator Programs Manager in Singapore to grow and engage the creator ecosystem across India and Southeast Asia. You will collaborate with partner managers, product teams and other stakeholders to drive scalable campaigns and programs.

You’ll develop plans to engage creators through emails, push notifications and in-app channels, run A/B tests, and manage end-to-end creation challenges. A strong APAC background and SQL proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in growth, partnerships or creator programs.
• Experience managing creators and/or strategic partners in APAC.
• Strong in SQL query writing.
• Strong in project management, data collection and analysis.
• Strong in communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Demonstrated ability to use AI to improve speed and quality in daily workflows.

Responsibilities

• Support growth markets in Asia (India and Southeast Asia) to acquire and retain creators.
• Work cross-functionally with partner managers, product and other stakeholders to drive programs.
• Develop plans to engage scaled creators via emails, push notifications and related channels.
• Conduct A/B testing to understand campaign drivers and learnings.
• Manage end-to-end organic and branded creator challenges to incentivize participation.
• Coordinate communications calendars across emails and in-app channels.
• Define, track and analyze success metrics to identify actionable insights for the region.
