Job summary

Adecco Personnel Pte Ltd is recruiting for a Marketing Manager, Creator Marketing, to empower the APAC Creator Marketing team with creator-led strategies and campaigns that drive measurable business outcomes.

The role will be a contract position based in Singapore, partnering with a US tech MNC to translate marketing goals into creator-focused plans and oversee cross-functional execution across agencies, creators, and vendors.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of relevant experience in marketing, creator/influencer marketing, social media, content strategy, or related fields.
• Strong experience translating broader marketing objectives into creator-specific strategies and execution plans.
• Proven experience managing agencies, creators, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of campaign measurement, experimentation, attribution, incrementality, and performance analytics.
• Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to improve marketing strategy, execution, reporting, and workflows.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and highly cross-functional environment.
