Job summary

Immortals in Singapore is seeking an experienced influencer marketing lead to own the creator engine for SG/HK and scale internationally. You will source creators, run end-to-end campaigns, negotiate rights, and collaborate with Paid Media to feed winning content into ads.

You’ll build market playbooks, track CAC and revenue, ensure compliance with local rules, and drive growth with cross-functional partners across markets.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in influencer marketing or creator partnerships with hands-on ownership.
• Track record running performance-driven campaigns with measurable outcomes (CAC, revenue, new customers).
• Experience sourcing creators across multiple countries and negotiating rights and whitelisting terms.
• Working knowledge of international disclosure and advertising compliance.
• Excellent writing and creative taste; briefs are clear and on-brand.

Responsibilities

• Build and own a scalable creator pipeline across SG/HK by market and language.
• Run influencer campaigns end to end with multiple creators and ensure timelines and approvals.
• Own whitelisting and usage rights and ensure compliance for paid media scaling.
• Partner with Paid Media to feed winning creator content into ads and optimize assets by market.
• Create market-level reporting on CAC, revenue per creative, spend, and creator activity.
• Develop repeatable creator playbooks and per-market best practices.
