Job summary

TDCX, a Singapore-headquartered global BPO, is seeking a Growth Lead to shape and scale the go-to-market engine for a new AI-powered B2B SaaS venture. You will own demand generation, oversee agency partnerships, and manage the CRM ecosystem, influencing key commercial decisions.

You will work with cross-functional teams to design and run digital campaigns, build outbound programs, and deliver dashboards tracking CAC, pipeline, and ROI.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in B2B SaaS growth, demand generation, or growth marketing.
• Hands-on experience running LinkedIn Ads and digital acquisition campaigns.
• Strong outbound prospecting tools experience and multi-touch sequences.
• CRM expertise (HubSpot preferred) with automation, reporting, and pipeline management.
• Experience managing agencies or channel partnerships is a plus.
• Excellent communication, data-driven and growth-minded.

Responsibilities

• Own growth strategy from strategy through execution for GTM engine.
• Launch and optimize paid and organic demand generation across channels.
• Manage agency partnerships and build a scalable partner ecosystem.
• Own CRM, lead journeys, nurture workflows, and dashboards.
• Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to improve campaigns.
