Job summary

Pinterest is seeking a strategist to grow and engage the creator community across India and Southeast Asia, focusing on market-specific programs and campaigns that activate scaled creators in the Pinterest ecosystem. The role emphasizes collaboration with strategic partners, product teams, and other stakeholders to deliver impact.

You’ll design plans for engagement through emails, push notifications and in-app channels, run tests to understand drivers of performance, and manage communications

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in creator programs or partnerships.
• Experience managing creators/partners in APAC.
• Strong SQL skills and data-driven mindset.
• Excellent cross-functional communication and project management.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop market-specific programs, campaigns and communications for creators in APAC.
• Collaborate with partner managers, product and stakeholders to run campaigns.
• Plan engagement and activation through emails, push notifications and in-app channels.
• Conduct A/B tests to measure impact and learnings.
• Manage end-to-end challenges to incentivize creator participation.
• Track success metrics and adjust programs for the region.
