Job summary

Cobo is seeking a full-stack Growth Marketer to own AI Demand Gen end to end, from strategy to measurement and optimization. You will orchestrate GEO, SEO/SEM, paid media, and source channels like YouTube and LinkedIn, building a scalable growth playbook for AI-powered products.

You will collaborate with product to improve sign-up and activation funnels, leverage LLMs and automation for marketing ops, and develop attribution dashboards to tie marketing to revenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
• Strong SEO fundamentals with GEO/AI-search experience; familiarity with GA4, Search Console, Semrush, Ahrefs.
• Full-stack growth expertise across paid media, SEO/SEM, email/lifecycle marketing, CRO, analytics, and attribution; experience with Salesforce/HubSpot/Customer.io preferred.
• AI-native mindset; actively using LLMs and AI agents to build workflows and automate marketing ops.
• Strong owner mentality; able to set strategy, trade-offs, and manage freelancers/agencies.
• AI experience is strongly preferred; Web3/digital assets a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own AI Demand Gen End to End for quarterly planning, channel strategy, budget, execution and results.
• Own GEO/AI Search Visibility; develop content and authority strategy; measure AI-referred traffic and conversions.
• Drive SEO & SEM; manage technical SEO, content strategy, paid search with clear attribution and budgeting.
• Build Source Channels; develop YouTube and LinkedIn for organic discovery and AI-search visibility.
• Own the PLG Growth Loop; improve sign-up/activation through analysis, CRO and product feedback loops.
• Build Attribution & Reporting; develop marketing-sourced pipeline measurement and dashboards.
