Job summary

Frazer Jones is partnering with a leading global financial services firm to appoint an AI & ML Recruiter in Singapore. You will lead end-to-end recruitment across AI, ML, data science, quantitative research and software engineering, engaging senior stakeholders and driving hiring initiatives in a fast-paced market.

You will map talent, generate market intelligence, manage candidates through offers and onboarding, and build pipelines across ML/AI disciplines globally.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for technical or specialist roles, ideally in financial services, fintech, or quantitative trading.
• Strong stakeholder management and consultative hiring approach.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment process from talent mapping to onboarding.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top tech talent.
• Engage senior stakeholders and hiring managers to influence hiring decisions.
• Manage offer negotiations and candidate experience throughout the process.
• Build and maintain robust talent pipelines across AI, ML, data science and software engineering.
