Firmus Technologies, a global AI infrastructure leader based in Singapore, invites a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our fast-paced growth. You will partner with business leaders across AI Infrastructure Engineering, Deployment and Operations to hire at speed, shaping sourcing strategies, pipelines, and market intelligence.

This hands-on role emphasizes advisory partnerships, high-volume delivery, and data-driven recruitment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, HR Management or related fields.
8–10 years as an advisory Talent Acquisition Partner or 360 Recruiter.
Experience recruiting for Data Centre Infrastructure, Deployment & Project Management functions is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of ASEAN talent markets, laws, and regulatory requirements.
Proven ability to manage high-volume hiring with quality and stakeholder alignment.
Excellent sourcing across LinkedIn, direct sourcing, referrals and market mapping.

Responsibilities

Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to deliver high-quality hiring outcomes at speed.
Build and manage relationships across AI Infrastructure Engineering, Deployment and Operations teams.
Own sourcing, screening, interview progress, offers and closures with data-driven discipline.
Maintain recruitment data in Greenhouse and contribute to weekly reports.
Provide market insights and advisory guidance on role briefs and assessment alignment.
