Job summary

Dada Consultants Pte Ltd, a Singapore-based executive search firm, focuses on frontier AI labs, AI infrastructure, GPU cloud providers, semiconductor firms, and global internet businesses. We seek a consultant to own end-to-end searches and partner with founders and hiring managers on strategic hires.

You will engage senior candidates and clients across Singapore, the US, and other markets, mapping talent landscapes and advising on market, compensation, and fit in a fast-moving AI ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, executive search, or talent acquisition, especially in tech or AI hiring.
• Genuine curiosity about AI and technology.
• Strong communication skills and confidence engaging senior candidates and clients.
• Commercially minded, proactive, and focused on results.

Responsibilities

• Own searches end to end: sourcing, engagement, interviews, offers, onboarding.
• Hire people building AI across research, ML engineering, AI infrastructure, and AI product.
• Engage top researchers, engineers, and leaders worldwide for mandates in Singapore, the US, and other markets.
• Map the talent landscape and build market maps to show top talent and movement.
