Job summary

Firmus Technologies is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner in Singapore to help build AI Infrastructure teams. You will partner with business leaders across AI Infrastructure Engineering, Deployment and Operations to deliver high-quality hiring outcomes quickly.

This hands-on role combines advisory work, market insight, and active sourcing, including high-volume hiring, talent mapping, and recruitment operations while reporting to the Chief People Officer.

Qualifications

• Eight to ten years of experience as an advisory Talent Acquisition Partner, 360 Recruiter or similar role.
• Proven track record recruiting for Data Centre Infrastructure, Infrastructure deployment and Project Management functions preferred.
• Strong understanding of the ASEAN region including talent markets, employment laws and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with hiring managers and business leaders across assigned portfolios.
• Partner with managers to understand workforce plans, role requirements, and hiring priorities.
• Provide market insights and hiring recommendations to support decision-making.
• Advise on role briefing, assessment alignment, candidate experience and timely decisions.
