The Edge Partnership is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to lead end-to-end hiring for technical roles in Singapore. You will work with senior leaders to refine role requirements, craft compelling postings, and ensure efficient, high-quality hiring through data-driven processes.

You will independently manage requisitions, partner with technical teams, and leverage ATS/CRM tools to accelerate time-to-fill while maintaining candidate quality.

Competenze

• 7+ years in technical recruiting, preferably in-house.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to partner with technical teams and senior leaders.
• Familiarity with technical stacks, cloud platforms, and ATS/CRM systems.
• Strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.

• Manage requisitions independently, from sourcing and screening to interviews, offers and pre-boarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and senior leaders to define role requirements, selection criteria, and candidate profiles.
• Craft job postings, communicate effectively, and represent the company to attract top talent.
• Track metrics, identify bottlenecks, and recommend tools or assessments to enhance hiring speed and quality.
• Provide salary benchmarks, market trends, and workforce planning support.
• Support recruitment-related projects, system enhancements, and AI enablement initiatives to improve recruitment processes, streamline workflows, and enhance overall hiring efficiency.
