Dynamic Human Capital Pte Ltd is seeking an HR AI Solutions Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI-enabled applications, workflow automation solutions, and digital products that enhance productivity and user experience in Singapore.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders to translate needs into practical technology solutions, building dashboards, employee portals, and self-service platforms, while evaluating emerging AI technologies for organizational benefit.

Qualifications

Experience in application development, automation or digital transformation projects.
Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and platforms.
Experience with databases, APIs and workflow automation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to translate business requirements into practical technology solutions.
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Gather business requirements and identify opportunities for digitalisation and process automation.
Design and develop internal systems, portals and workflow solutions using AI-enabled development tools.
Develop digital solutions including: claims management systems, employee onboarding workflows, performance management systems, approval and tracking platforms, staff self-service portals.
Develop AI agents to streamline HR and administrative processes.
Integrate systems and data using APIs and automated workflows.
Develop reports, analytics and dashboards to support business decision-making.
Conduct system testing, user training and solution deployment.
Maintain technical documentation and provide post-implementation support.
Evaluate emerging AI technologies and identify suitable opportunities for application.
