Job summary

PERSOL is seeking a diploma graduate for a 6-month internship at One North, Singapore, to support Group HR on recruitment lifecycle initiatives and automation projects. You will work with data, build practical tools, and translate complex information into clean outputs.

Responsibilities include enhancing Power Automate processes, exploring automation options, consolidating HR data into an Excel master file, and proposing VBA-based improvements. Strong Excel and Office skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma graduates in HR, Data Science, or related disciplines.
• Experience delivering automation projects using Power Automate.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills including PivotTables and formulas; VBA/macros.
• Ability to handle confidential data professionally and translate complex information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Enhancements to SRIRACHA and OHMO Power Automate Processes.
• HR Process & Automation Exploration to support recruitment and onboarding specialists.
• Support the enhancements and build of an efficient process flow to onboard specialists.
• Consolidate and clean HR data extracted from HR systems into a structured Excel master file.
• Identify recurring manual processes within the Department and propose Excel- or VBA-based automation ideas.
