Job summary

AI Rudder in Singapore is seeking a motivated HR Intern to join our global people team for 3 to 6 months. This role supports recruitment, onboarding, administration and HR projects in a fast-paced, AI-driven environment.

You will gain hands-on experience across full-spectrum HR functions, with opportunities to work across Singapore, Kuala Lumpur or Shanghai, and you may work onsite at least three days per week. Visa sponsorship is not provided; valid work authorization is required.

Qualifications

• Open to penultimate or final-year undergraduates legally allowed to work in Singapore without sponsorship.
• Excellent verbal and written English; Mandarin is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; AI-native.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end HR recruitment, onboarding, and candidate communication.
• Maintain HR records, documents, and HR databases with confidentiality.
• Assist HR projects, employer branding, campus programs, and process improvements.
• Provide general HR support and improve efficiency and employee experience.
