Job summary

Cornerstone Global Partners in Singapore is seeking an experienced finance professional to join the Finance Group as Manager, Fixed Assets on a 1 year contract. Lead the team responsible for accounting and reporting of fixed assets, including those held by external operators, and drive digitalisation and AI initiatives.

The role includes managing fixed assets data, assisting year-end closing, audits, and stakeholder advisory.

Qualifications

Qualified in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification.
At least 5 years of finance experience.
Experience with fixed assets management, preferably in large organisations or public sector.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Comfortable in leading and developing a team.

Responsibilities

Oversee fixed assets accounting and management, including assets held by external operators.
Ensure accurate fixed assets data and manage asset confirmation exercises with external operators.
Support year-end closing and audits; address queries promptly.
Act as SME on operator-held fixed assets and advise on policies and classifications.
Identify gaps in fixed assets processes and design improvements; lead AI/digitalisation initiatives.
Lead a finance team with coaching and development; foster accountability and collaboration.
